This place sucks! (cont). From: goat67_1999@yahoo.com Date posted: 12/8/2004 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004   I called them and asked why they haven't replied back to my form that I sent them. And the manager Crystal "said" she kept calling but I was home. I even put my cell # on the form, but this is the first of many lies. I called her out and said she NEVER called me, if you(talking to her) were my mom would have picked the house phone up, since she was home all of the time, and I know you are lying bc I have caller id and my mom would have told me, and that means there have to be at least 2 people are lying and I know for a fact my mom isn't!!! She just got quiet!! Did not say a word. I said a few other things I really don't remember, but I know her fat little hand was shaking on the other end bc she knew she was lying. Well I had to get my JAG officer involved. They sent me a form and "CLAIMED" I owed $125 for a cleaning bill, I counter acted and sent a form back, saying they need to pay me the money for my deposite back, which they refused, and I wasn't going to pay bc of the military clause stated if any military personell that is on orders they you be able to terminate lease, with no forfit of cost, I told them that and they still didn't believe me. I got tired of screwing with them, and my jag called and talked to the manager crystal. And Crystal told him that me and her resolved everything and I ammitted to forfitting my deposite, which is a lie, why would I forfit money that I was owed. He told her that if she doesn't not comply with the clause there were more legal actions she would be facing more legal jargon that I don't know about. I got my deposite back. And I haven't heard from them yet, it has been about 3 months. But I still got a cleaning bill from them, I guess those idots just sent it to me just to have the last word, but all of the cost was marked out. If you work here and you know how to read this, here is an idea!!! Know the fact before you react! This being my first apartment complex and learing to KEEP COPY OF EVERYTHING!!!!!
