I should have known from the begining that this place was bad. When I was moving in the place was still dirty from the renter before me. There was dirt standing in the bath tub. To top it off I found what appeared to be drugs in one of my kitchen cabinets. I later found out by the office that it was some king of illegal drug. The carpet was not cleaned before I moved in and there was a serious problem with mold ond mildew. I had a problem with ants and spiders. One on the biggest and most costly problems I had was with maintenance. My refrigerator broke 3 different times, each was a different refrigerator. Each time it would quit working I would call maintenance and then wait for days before someone would come to fix it. These would end up spoiling all my food. One day I came home from work only to find that mainenance had been working on my refrigerator and had left all the food from inside just sitting on the counter tops. I spent a lot of money replacing all the food that they spoiled. There are security systems in every apartment, mine never worked properly and it went off one day for no reason, I called maintenance to fix this and they came and cut the wires in half right in front of me. They never replaced the system either. The management was informed of all problems but seemed helpless on any of the issues. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THESE APARTMENTS TO ANYONE.
