I don't like drive by shootings...

Yes, as i said above, there was a time toward the end of my lease where there was a Drive by...around March-April of 2006. My mom was furious and demanded I get in a new place. Shots were fired between gangs and cars were hit. Bullets were on the ground the next morning. I lived in the front by the Leasing Office too! So if you can't live there safe, then you can't live anywhere in Quail Ridge. The back of the complex is ghetto. Cheap but your life is at risk. I also had a mold problem. Steve in the leasing office is the only helpful one there.
