I moved in Quail Ridge in February so that I could be close to work. Although it wasn??t the best one out there, i thought (at the time) it was the most affordable at the time. Well when you pay cheap... you get what you pay for.

- Drive by noise ALL THE TIME
- Weekend party people being loud and their visitors taking up residents parking spaces
- Windows locks that are broken (stranger?? you can just lift and walk in)
- trashy people littering the grounds and nothing being done about it

AND... Crime, yes it is true. If you dare move in here may I suggest renters insurance. If it wasn??t for renters insurance I would have nothing. I was home sick one day from work. And at 2pm in the light of day I decided to go to Arby's and get something to eat with a friend. I was gone for no more than a HOUR when I came home to find that my apartment along with 3 adjacent apartments was burglarized. Keep in mind I was gone for no more than a hour so I am thinking that my area have had to been watched to see if everyone was clear. OKC police even commented to me that all the apartments around quail springs mall get at least 2 burglary calls a day. Well 5 months later I have moved far away from the quail mall area and thanks to renters insurance I am back on track.
