I haven't had too many problems living at Quail Ridge. I agree with a lot of the posts that office people are awful. Security used to be way overbearing, now I don't see them at all. They did tell me when I first moved in that they did not rent to anyone with a criminal record, which is a load of crap. My friend showed me the Oklahoma sex offender registry, we have a child molester and a convicted rapist living at Quail Ridge.
