Can't wait for lease to end

I have lived here for nearly 12 months. At the end of my lease I will be moving out. When I moved in, the apartment was filthy. I'm not sure they cleaned it after the previous tenants moved out. Also, the hot water heater was so bad that I could only get about 5 minutes worth of hot water, and it took them over 5 months to replace the hot water heater. Also, when I first moved in, there were people that would fight at all hours of the night right outside my apartment. You never knew when the screaming was going to start, and it woke me up late at night often. That also finally stopped about 6 months into my lease. At that time, I finally had decided that, while they were not the best apartments in OKC, they weren't that bad and I could probably stick it out for another year or two. But then, my apartment was robbed. When I contacted the managers, their attitude was, "It's not our fault, and we don't really care." When I asked to break my lease because I didn't feel safe here, they said I would have to pay a $400 fine. I have been staying with friends as much as possible to avoid the apartment until my lease is up. I can't wait to move out!
