Ok I have lived in these apartments for going on two years now. At first I was a student, didnt really know the area and they were cheap for what I needed. I have to say at first I loved living here. I lived on the outside and had SOME of the best neighbors. There were a few issues when I moved in though. The place wasnt even ready. they said that I came a day early. WRONG the guy gave me the wrong date and I had just driven, with all my stuff about 70 miles expecting to move in. they pretty much told me tough luck. My mom went mom on them and they told us we could start unpacking as soon as house keeping came in and did their thing. We put everything in the center of the living room and waited. THREE hours!!! they came and brought their KIDS!!!! and they were asking us for food! they left and the place was still a mess. the 12 months went pretty good. minor issues.

I moved out and planned moving out of the city but plans changed and they hooked me and my boyfriend up with a last minute apartment. They gave me ONE day to move out of the one bedroom. we moved into the two bedroom and the walls were/are cracked, stained carpets, disgusting bathrooms, stains on the ceilings, kitchen was not touched and there was a paint brush left in the sink and white paint everywhere. the dishwasher didnt work---neither did the alarm. the still seven months into the lease fixed the alarm and the came and "fixed" the dishwasher and ironic, it STILL doesnt work. I have a neighbor who likes to let their dog do-his-buisness on or very close to my porch and I have made three complaints and still nothing, they dont even have a pet permit.

I have never really had an issue with the people at the office, other than them saying i owed THEM just under eight dollars for things they had to do. HAHAHAHA they charged me $10 to clean out the sink. and something stupid like $10 to remove the phone book I left in the kitchen. Honestly I left it there for whoever moved in next. If I had known they were going to pull that on me I would have not signed a second lease with them.

We now have 5 people living above us. The lease limit is three. That make sooo much noise. Along with the crying babies, couples fighting and dogs barking, I'm not sure how much more we can take :) The walls are too thin!!! oh and they paint the wood in the cabinets.... it was still wet when I moved in. ugh. I know this was long, but hopefully you can see a little more into the live of living at quail ridge.
