Well I was told just this pass Friday I could and would not get my A/C fixed until Sat. after this being the second time in less than 24 hours it breaking not working whatever no cold air was being produced. My dog suffered in the over heated apt all day Friday and I had to take him to the Emergency Vet Hosp. because he was lifeless whenI returned from work, due to lack of a working A/C unit,m that was fixed on Thursday, NOT. The vet bill was $195. I had to pay before leaving. I have left 8 messages with everyone in the Corp. Office for have not one of them return my call. I did get to speak with Robert and he faxed me a incident form and I have not heard back from anyone since the fax, so I am sure they are checking with their Lawyers to see if I can sue them I am sure. I don't want to sue that is not my style but whenI ask the Maint. Man if he would have come out for a plumbing issue he stated yes due to property damage, so my question to all the residents that have pets:::::Do you value your pets life of property damage/loss' I sure as heck do. I would like to think the NorthStar Property Owners do too, but according to their Maint. Man the DON'T!

No, you can look at this dump and see how much they care, poor mgmt ? maybe.... piss poor ownership i think so, do they like bending you over? why, yes every month. my suggestion keep driving by.....live elsewhere, you will feel better and live healther as well..

Let me tell your about this lady writing all this crap!! well first of all this lady is crazy from her head, she really needs to go to some mental hospital or samething, because this apartments are very nice and have the best maintance people and office personal, office is very helpfull and maintance will always do all they can to fix things around the apartment complex, Also I live here and are very happy to live here. for the price you can,t find nothing better and nicer,

To the anonymous poster...If everyone says the same thing and you disagree, does that make the rest of the world crazy? Or you? I am sitting here reading these reviews for the first time after living here for years. I have to shake my head in sympathy after reading that I am not the only one experiencing all of these problems. The manager, Robert, is actually quite nice. Nice doesn't fix the problems, however. I get the impression he is simply not empowered to make any changes for the better. When you have a maintenance issue, you have to call another company and not the office at all. I believe this is a Northstar issue and not a management issue. Therefore, I agree with the above comments. Poor management, maybe but maybe not. Poor ownership, DEFINITELY!

For starters I am the NOT SO CRAZY LADY and I do have an opinion plus I no longer live at the above apartments due to the fact that I could not get my A/C fixed properly and it did almost kill my dog the the man that posted his opinion about my experience can kiss my ***!!!! Plus Robert was not the manager when I lived there and North Star had just purchased the property. Plus I was not looking for cheap I was just looking for a apartment that was close to Edmond and NW side of town where I do all my shopping.
