I moved in here recently and expected things to be better than they are. Specifically: They weren't ready for us...our carpet is nasty stained and we still have broken appliances. Their "security" gates are nonexistent because they don't have enough keys for everyone. So the gate is always open. Plus there is an area by the gate where people can still get in. I've seen several people just lurking around corners, maybe they live here but it still makes me nervous! The maintenance is slow slow slow and obviously doesn't get it right the first time. I don't like paying for appliances that don't actually work. There policy on pets is not at all followed by many tenants. There are people who let their dogs and cats just run free, so you have to constantly be watching for poop when you walk across the grass. The only other area that I really think could use some work is that the pool is not lit at night...for people who work it would be nice to be able to go to the pool in the evening, but who wants to swim in the dark. The people in management are nice, but someone is obviously not doing there job.
