If you plan to rent here, do yourself a favor and kill yourself. At least this way, you dont have to live on constant fear. I visited the website and went to the crime tracker, the numbers are even worse. THere is a staff member by the name of Katrina, avoid this little B@#$#. She will answer your calls and never submit a ticket for maintenece work. Just recently, some guy who was smoking weed and fell asleep on the couch burned down half of the apartment unit, leaving 3 families without homes. I watched the entire thing. It was also on the news. If you dont believe me, go to Raindance and drive around to the mailboxes, on the other side of the apartment right behind the mailboxes, you will find the charred remains of a home. Also, last year, someone broke into the office and stole all the keys the every aprtment, they had to replace all the locks. Later to find out from an unamed staff member(I dont want her to get fired) an angry employee on her last day on the job stole the keys.
They say that hell in on earth, this might well be it!!!!!!!

i agree to your opinion.I was living in raindance when the home was burned.......and my appartment was beside that ,so we felt scared (even the crimes increased a lot there)and moved the next month asking them if we can break the lease.the B@#%$ over there told us that u could do it if u give one month notice ahead in writing we did that and now after one year a big bill of 800 dollars came!!!!!!disgusting people and that B*%$#@ has already left the job and the office people say we cant help it!!!!!!!!!thats what the response u get!!!!! so beware!!!!!!!!!!
