Yes, the parking can be a nightmare, especially when folks have friends over and let them park in all the designated parking areas. Paying extra for the covered parking is great in theory, but often useless in practice. Some inconsiderate folks play their car stereos loud enough to shake the buildings ... but that's unfortunately "normal" anymore. Walls/floors are a bit thin. Grounds attractive & well kept, laundry facility large & clean - security gates aren't secure, but rent is at a good rate.

It's an apartment complex, folks. There are a lot of worse ones in OKC!
