Years at this apartment: 1995 - 1996
I lived in these apartments quite a while ago (1995-1996) and they were OK. Nothing terribly exciting, but they were cheap, and cheap was good enough.
Now, though, I'd never move back there. The area of town it is located (122nd and Penn) is not all that nice anymore. It's not really just this apartment, though. Anytime you have a large amount of cheaper apartments (like the 122nd and Penn area has), the crime follows.
Honestly, nothing against these apartments, as I liked them enough back then, but you'd probably be a LOT safer off moving further north and/or west.. Maybe around McCarthur and Memorial. In fact, I'd suggest you move all the way to Edmond if you can afford it.
I will, however, give high marks in the
