Especially the people in the management are really a big pain to work with. They do not show respect and at times very sarcastic and humiliating. If you ever move there pray that you do not have any problems with your apartment, mail, parking space, laundry area. If you ever go to them for a request or inquiry, they do not take it seriously and they always look very overwhelmed. They act like they can hardly tolerate you and they want you to "disappear". They hardly return your calls and take your business seriously. Especially while moving out they bill you for extremely unnecessary items not to return your deposit back. Also safety is a big concern. The gates of the complex are wide open all day long, sometimes all night long. There have been two big fires destroying homes within the last two years. You should stay away for the safety of your loved ones and your belongings.

yea i totally agree to u .even i had quite a few frind of mine who lived in rain dance and they too complained that thsese guys overcharge and they never return your deposit and they try to take more money from u.
