An honest opinion.

I'm a college student so this is a decent place worth living...but I have considered SEVERAL times about whether to sacrifice more money to live in a better place. Yes, it is obviously ghetto, not as bad as some places...but you know how it is...it's not gonna get better, it'll get MORE ghetto. I agreed with someone else here...they were not ready for me to move in, my carpet was/is stained and yuck....the last minute they replaced my oven...so the DAY i moved in, crap was everywhere and a dolly dirtied up my apartment more. It took them forever to clean it up. They've always gone through with my maintenance requests...but usually slow (yes, one did take a few months...but it was not emergency). One time I did claim emergency, and they took care of it in like 2 hours. Walls are thin. At least the landscaping is decent, it's not grody to look at...until you see the GHETTO-NESS! Seriously, if they took care of the ghetto-ness, it'd be perfect....maybe have the security out more often...instead of being called on. Water pressure really sucks...they say it's compensating for the water sprinklers....OoooOoo...their precious lawn.
