Its like this, cheap rent is not worth losing your life, dignity, or personal property. All of which are at risk if you move into Raindance. If you see any positive rating here, they were written by the staff. If you are a woman or have a woman, they will be openly disrespected if they are spotted by the residents. My girlfriend never felt safe coming over because of drunk men outside shouting comments at her every day. P.S., if you move out or break your lease, be prepared to neevvvvver get back your deposit. When I moved out, they told me I did not owe anything just to later get a letter from a credit bureau stating that I owed them $300.

i thought about moving there but after reading all of this I dunno. If I would feel very safe there
