FOR A GUY IT'S PERFECT.. BUT IT IS NOT SAFE AT ALL IF YOUR A FEMALE.. I LIVED THERE FOR ABOUT 2 MONTHS HAD A GUY BREAK IN.. ATTACK ME IN BROAD DAYLIGHT. THE MANAGEMENT BROKE MY LEASE THANK GOD WITHOUT A CHARGE... BUT THEN I HAD SOMETHING ON MY CREDIT REPORT SAYING I OWED THEM 85.00 FOR IT NOT BEING CLEANED UP PROP. JUST SAY I NEVER WENT BACK WITHOUT SOMEONE NEXT TO ME.. THERE IS LOUD MUSIC THE GATES ARE ALWAYS OPEN.. GUYS OUT ALL THE TIME.. WHISTLING.. MY NEXT DOOR NEIGHBOR WAS NICE BUT ITS LIKE THE SMOKED WEED ALL DAY AND ALWAYSED HAD PARTYS.. TRUST ME GOO FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE
