Good and Bad

The Bad: The gates are a joke. Never closed. People come in and go as they please. I lived here for nearly a year and the gates were closed for 5 days total. Also, I could never walk into my apartment without getting cat-called by losers hanging out in the parking lot. Someone broke into my apartment when I was home sleeping, and yeah it woke me up. Sketchy! Be prepared to battle it out with bugs--not roaches or spiders, just annoying knats and other bugs. Also, the carpet was stained really bad when I moved in and they never bothered to fix it. My window leaked (no fixings) and they destroyed my bathroom and then told me I couldn't use my shower for X days. People have hit my car, stuff has been thrown on my car, vandalized, etc. Be sure and watch out for all the dog land mines everywhere. Pretty sure some of the apartments are moldy. They are older apartments that havne't been taken care of very well, but I think the people in the office have good intentions.
The Good: Management was always, always nice. I only talked to one person once who was bitchy, but the rest of the time, people were usually nice. This apartment is very affordable and they have improved slightly since I've moved in, but I think if they got rid of the annoying tenants this place would be a little better. I had great neighbors all around and I was thankful of the location of my apartment. My apartment was large and everything always worked, but I just can't stand the other people in this complex. It's just not very safe.
The complex hasn't made me angry, yet.
