I would recommend you to think many times before you move in. If you have a family do not come here, You will have a lot of problems with management for sure and safety is a joke here, If you are a single female you may be harrased or even raped, Management is like gentlemans club, they dance once and forget about you for the rest of the lease, you have to be a handy man also because no serious maintenance at all. I lived here because its cheap, but everything is really cheap here, Pay a little more and live without trouble, raindance is not worth the money you pay
