i moved here from texas without ever seeing the apartment, but talked with the leasing office for a month and a half before i came. when i moved in, the apt was disgusting. food smeared on the counters, dirt on the floors, hair matted into the baseboards in the bathroom and they refused to clean it. i would not ever, ever recommend these apts ever to anyone for any reason unless you never plan on having a complaint, a problem with a neighbor, etc. because the office staff will not do anything about your complaints. and it is in no way a safe place to live. trust me, i'm about to pay double rent on a new apt. even though i still have a lease here just to get out of these apts.
