Yeah All These Reviews Are Correct, If You Value Your Safety Do Not Move In Here, And I Think I Pay Like $400 A Month For A 1 Bedroom, Can Anyone Tell Me Wether Or Not Im Getting Ripped Off There, Ive Heard A Few PPL Say That They Pay Way Less Than That, But The Management Sucks, They Just Leave Notes On Your Door Saying That You "Owe" Them Money, When Clearly I Paid My Rent On Time, And Also They Are Never There For You To Pay Your Rent, I Work Long Hours From Morning To About 7 p.m. So There Isnt A Conveinent Time For Me To Pay My Rent, This Place Is A Joke, Multiple Deaths Here, "Mysterious" Deaths As Well, You Can Always See The Police Helicopter Flying Around At Night,And The Management Is A Joke, I Put In A Work Order Like The 2nd Month I Was Here To Look At My Garbage Disposal And They Are Just Now Getting To It 2 Months Later!!!! I Dont Even Feel Safe Leaving My Apartment At Night, But It Is Ideal For Those Of You Who Love Drugs And Want Easy Access, So If You Are Thinking About Moving In Here I Completly Advise Against It, And IF Your A Current Resident And Want To Get Out Of Your Lease You Better Get An Attorney Because Your Going To Be Paying Close To $1,000 To Get Out, Its Not Even Worth It, The Best Idea Is To Just Pack Your Stuff Up And Leave And Turn Your Utilites On In Someone Else's Name So They Cant Track You Down Thru A Utility Database Search, Good Luck.
