after reviewing these statements that were said by numerous of people, i've come to the realization that these people made the decision to move to raindance because of the low rent that is offered there. frankly if you weren't so ignorant to fact of people bring certain situations on themselves, selling and doing drugs in the apts, being out late all hours of the night, inviting people to your house that you barely even know, do you not think that choices you make in life whether they are good or bad that you won't have a consequences that follow. people rip themselves at raindance. you get back what you put out. if you give ignorant attitudes you will get it back as well as anything else. how in the hell could you say that the office isn't there for you to pay your rent when there has to be other options to pay, night drop, damn i work long hours too baby and i know when my rent is due. lol i mean get serious you are grown individuals start acting like and make some wiser decisions. The multiple deaths that are happening are due to their own personals lives, one was a bad drug deal and the other was personal in general. You got to be a fool to think that these people can't track you down if you put your electric bill in someone else's name(now that was a dumb thought) lol. Grow up!

You have to be a really stupid individual!! The entire property image that this property currently displays is all about management. If this property didn't except section 8 funds and raised the rent to reflect a more civilized clientel you would not hear anything like the horror stories that are being displayed on this site. It is very disappointing to see how this property has turned out. For you to blame all of this on the tenants and absolve the management of any responsibility clearly shows you as a contributory to the sewage that this property and the surrounding areas currently swimming in! It is clearly disappointing to see how far in down Oklahoma City has slid.

I Agree, I wrote the comment about what a rip off, and true there is a night deposit box, but when there are bout 8 to 10 shady individuals lurking around the office at night im not to sure that I want to get out of my vehicle to take a 400 dollar money order get serious now, and im sure your apartment staff to be taking the tone of, "personal decisions" have you ever stopped to think that maybe some people have that lifestyle "forced" upon them, I moved there TRUE, for the low rent, but its because im not a ----in millionaire so thats what I could afford, but i shouldnt feel that my life is in danger because i cant shell out 2 or 3 hundred more dollars a month, That place is a joke, and I got out, and I did do what I said, and i didnt pay a fee to get out or anything so laugh if you want, your probably still living in that squander that you so happily call home, enjoy your sespool FOOL.
