Raindance Apartments

2 murders, 3 muggings, countless car theft etc From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/19/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   I know its cheap but your gettin what you pay for. The best part i think is since i have moved in my "gate key" has never worked, Now my name isnt in the security box. My apt flooded, they came fixed the back up, pulled up the carpet (never replaced the carpet or pad. Furthermore, all the sewer water that backed up, yeah its still in my dishwasher, and on the floor, I refuse to clean it up, not my fault. Now best of all because of the crime the Raindance apts front office thought it would be a good idea for the residents to police their own apts. Interesting bc on the Apartments.com listing it says courtesy patrol. hahah DONT RENT HERE!!!!
