I have lived in the complex for about 3 years and it has been a downward spiral to hell. The staff is rude and very unhelpful. Management is more concerned about petty stuff such as cigarette butts in the park lot rather than being concerned for the safety of its residents. Don't call in any maintence request because it will take two weeks before someone shows up to fix the problem. It's a complete mess and I am counting down the days until my lease is up.
