When I moved in my apartment was in such bad condition I had to write SMALL and on the back of my move in sheet. The carpet was horrible and there was a strong odor. They should of had to fix everything because now they are trying to make me pay for the renovation. My ceiling leaked my entire lease and they never fixed things, just covered them up. The complex was nice in the day, but a complete 180 at night. They noise is rediculous. There were almost always cops driving through the complex and not to mention the crime rate was sky high. They palyed every instance like it was the fault of whomever had soemthing happen to them. This apartment is a JOKE and the staff are rude and don't care about anything but money. STAY AWAY!!!!!!
