Living at Raindance has been good. The majority of people who post on these sites only post because they are angry. How many people send feedback when they arn't angry. Every place has its bad residents and I'm sure less than legal activities happen here, but I have not seen nor heard of anything and am happy to live here.

Hey everyone this is proof that Denial isn't a river in Egypt, it actually runs through NW OKC!!! You know "Great Place" your right the majority of people that post on here and specifically for this property are angry! Their angry that a place like this is allowed to exist. Angry that looks are deceiving and that they got suckered by what appears on the surface to be a beautiful property with reasonable rent, that is in fact run down, unkept where it matters most, the inside of the apartments themselves, and that under the cover of darkness, the freaks come out to play. Criminal activity is allowed, and for the most part goes unchecked. A gated community that is no more secure then if the gates were removed. Management that can give a damn and maintenance personel that lack any level of experience for the job they get paid for. My guess is you have yet to be victimized, which I guarantee will happen at some point, or your one of the many criminals that chose Raindance to reside at and continue your business. The people that have vented on this site have just cause, anger is just part of it and it is their right!

RAINDANCE IS THE MOST DANGEROUS PLACE I HAVE EVER LIVED. Thugs hang out in the parking lot until all times of the night, Vehicles and homes are broken into periodically, Staff and management are not only uncurtious but downright rude and disrespectful, Calls to maintainence go unreturned, and Criminal activity to say the least, You all might have noticed two of raindances former residents on the nightly news recently, THEY WERE ARRESTED FOR MURDERING THAT KID IN DEL CITY IN JULY, Stay aware, alert and be VERY VERY VERY careful.

Strange how I'm the only one not to notice. Perhaps you're targeted because of your own choice of activities. As for the apartment itself, I find it incredible and hard to believe that I have the only apartment that is in good condition. You're living in a fairly low cost apartment complex. Maybe it's time to lower your expectations to that level of quality or move to where you're happy.
