My boyfriend and I moved into Raindance(our first apartment) about 2 weeksago, they are pretty nice apartments the managment worked with us wonderfully, the upkeep of the apartment complex was good other than the gates that were rammed by drunk people so the gates dont close now.
I was told by several people within the first few days that they have had their vehicles broken into several times.
To get to the point just 2 nights ago my boyfriend was coming home late and right outside our apartment 2 guys grabbed him and stuck a gun to his back, and tried to take his money . We called the police and they found several guns in their apartment along with drugs.
We moved out immediately, of course. The next day the managment was very apologetic and understanding they are giving us our deposit back.
I would not reccomend moving in especially if you are a femalr I couldnt even stand on my porch without guys coming up hitting on me and being disrespectful.
