Under new management - all the maintenance people were fired because their income would not support their families!
Now we have 2 (TWO) and they do their level best - but having lived here 2 years, there is a leak over my car in the garage from above!!! and there are 25 floors above that !! Go figure. My dishwasher flooded the place for months before they finally replaced it - and - get this - I was to blame until I protested enough! When maintenance comes they try to do a "patch" rather than FIX the problem for good. Poor dears, don't have the time. Guess they should be CLONED and not require a paycheck!
Hallways 200 degrees in Winter-cooking smells from other apts. sometimes gag me. Toilet has multiple cracks but at least it works most of the time. Carpet stained from dishwasher flooding,.. but they do clean it once a year... doesn't take care of stain tho....When I moved in it hardly sparkled - horrible gunk and mold under fridge and mold.
