Pretty nice place, in a good location

I've only lived here a little over a month, but so far I have no complaints. The parking lot is ok... I would pay the extra $5-10 for a parking spot with a car only on one side. The residents are a little older on average then I expected, but the building is very quiet, and I have had nothing but great experiences dealing with any of the staff. I would say check it out, esp if you might want to live downtown.
