It's okay

Let me start by saying that I didn't leave because of this building at all. If I were staying in OKC I would not have left this complex. The great features of this complex are the location and view. On a nice day one can easily walk downtown or to Bricktown. The view is probably as good as it gets in OKC. Jimmy, the doorman, was friendly as were all of the other front door staff. The rec room is really nice and hardly ever used, so feel free to just go down and watch whatever you want on the giant plasma screen.
There are issues though. The heat does get turned on very high in the Winter, but that is pretty much a standard in any apartment complex in any city. Parking is the tightest parking I have ever seen in a garage. Although I didn't have problems with noise, in regards to neighbors, you can hear everything that goes on outside including the trains rolling through. Once again, I reiterate that this is just a part of city life. The one major complaint that I had was the laundry room. It's the worst. That is the sole reason I gave such a low maintenance rating.
Overall, I felt that I got what I paid for. I would recommend living here, especially if you work downtown.
