I haven't lived here very long, but so far I love it. The building is older, but kept nicely. My two bedroom apartment is nice size and in great condition. I love that the walls aren't that glossy white you find in most apartments, but a nice neutral, light taupe, adding a touch of class. Not to mention the view! If you can get on the downtown side, I highly recommend it as the view of downtown is probably the best in Oklahoma City. My particular floor seems pretty quiet and I have never felt more safe inside my apartment. I don't understand many of the negative reviews on this site, as this is truly a very nice building. Some of these reviewers would have you believe that they are living in a smelly, mice infested, run-down building, which is just simply untrue. If it was as bad as some of them are saying, why would they have moved in here in the first place. Yes, the parking isn't the best and the parking garage seems pretty tight. Also, in my apartment, there was one cable hookup in the whole place and it was in a bizarre location. As the cable company won't install more hookups, I have been forced to run cables all through the apartment to accomodate my furniture arrangement and the bedrooms, but other than these quibbles, I truly love living at The Regency so far!
