The negative reviews are a bit exxagerated.

I have lived here for over one year and I must say I was happy to resign my lease. There are a few annoyances, albeit minor ones. Accessing grocery stores is a pain. Parking leaves much to be desired, but the price for indoor parking is better than any other city's outdoor rate (yes you must pay for a permit to park in the streets of larger cities). The laundry room is a little overpriced and sometimes the machines are broken, but the company is quick to send a mechanic out (the laundry is leased to a 3rd party). Like I said earlier, these are just minor grievances. Now on to the good. Great location! Anything you could want is a short walk or drive away. I live on the 12th floor and I love the view. For those that say it is not safe here, I would beg to differ. I have never felt safer anywhere I have lived. The whole staff is very helpful and courteous and everyone will take the time to get to know you by name. Perhaps those that disagree don't put forth the effort. When a handyman will come to fix your plumbing within an hour of calling on a Sunday, you can't really complain. I should supplement this by saying I am not a member of the staff, I just appreciate what they do here. The price for my two bed/two bath is very reasonable, especially since it includes bills. The tenants here are a good mix of retired seniors and young professionals, me being the latter. I haven't met any tenant that does not greet you with a smile. For the most part it is quiet here. During the summer you can always meet friendly people down by the pool. Overall, I would have to say this is the best apartment I've lived in and it can't be beat for the money.
