I have a studio apt. which I occupy 3 or 4 nights per wk. It's nice but the kitchens need to be updated. No microwave or dishwasher. Very convenient to downtown and the interstates. Good service response. biggest problem: old fashioned H&A system. The whole building is either on heat or air, never both. Greatest asset: all bills paid.
