I have been a resident of Remington since Oct 2004. During that time I have never experinced anything negative. The one thing that keeps me living here is the staff. I have always been impressed that the manager Debbie always greets you by your name. She goes out of her way to speak to you and calls you to ask if you have any maintenance issues. Maintenance is wonderful, Kandi is very good at her job and always leaves you a copy of what she has done. She also is very freindly and waves anytime she sees you. I was truely appalled when I read those reviews, those people obviously don't abide by the rules or haven't paid rent to write those lies. My nieghbors and I were discussing this last night and thats the only conclusion we came up with! We love it here at Remington, and appreciate the way we are treated.
Don't plan on moving anytime soon.
