I've been at the Remington for a year and a half. I wouldn't say that living here has been the best year of my life, but when renting you have to take the good with the bad. I've never had any security problems and I have never felt unsafe (and I am a single, young female). The apartments are really quite cheap for their size and have a lot of storage. The staff have always been nice to me and professional enough for my liking. As far as I know, they have never lied to me. On the downside, The grass does get too tall for my liking and the grounds do need to be updated. The lighting is horrible at night. They don't spray for roaches when they say they are going to, and I had one ac repair that didn't get properly fixed the first time around. Just recently the laundry room has been flooded and no one has fixed it. If you just need a fairly decent, safe place to live for a reasonable price I would recommend giving it a try.
