These apts are horrible! Insects to no screens on the windows, bad and loud neighbors, as well as location. First week we were here, someone got stabbed next week someone got shot, another week after that cars were broken into and kids running outside all hours of the night. Let alone we went all winter with a heater that hardly worked, and more than half the summer without an a/c. It takes them forever to come look at your apt and for them to fix it right, don't even bother! Courtesy patrol doesn't even do anything with the curfew being at 8pm and kids are out til 3 in the moring. We even had water gushing from our ceiling into the bathroom and hallway, and talk about every other day there's back up in the toilets and laundry room. We moved to a smaller apt inside the community because they had told us they needed to fix that whole complex section to find out they moved someone back in after us. Let alone the place we're now staying at we had to paint and fix up, still presently have no screens on the windows and I have 2 kids!! We also had to roach bomb it. Needless to say the community and people whom run it isn't worth what you pay for. My car is now scratched and keyed as well as got large dings and dents from living here. If you don't want a big migraine for your entire lease, find another place. We are moving out of here too!!

WELL FOR STARTERS WHEN I MOVED IN THEY DID NOT CLEAN MY CARPET, NOR DID THEY CLEAN ALL THE WALLS IN MY APT.I WOULD LOVE TO BE ABLE TO TELL PEOPLE THAT WANT TO MOVE OVER HERE TO KEEP IT PUSHING IT IS NOT WORTH IT!!! I HAVE BEEN WAITING ON THEM TO FIX MY HEARTER,MY KITCHEN SINK AND THAT HAS BEEN TAKING TO LONG, BY THE TIME THEY DECIDE TO FIX MY PROBLEMS IN MY UNIT MY KIDS WILL BE 40, AND I ONLY IN MY LATE 20'S. I HAVE LIVED HERE FOR ALMOST A YEAR NOW AND HAD TO CALL THE STATE INSPECTOR MORE THAN ONCE. THAT IS SO SAD. THE ONLY GOOD THING ABOUT THESE APTS. IS THE BUS ROUT,WASHER AND DRYER HOOK-UPS THE RENT IS OK. BUT THE MANAGEMENT IS FULL OF S***. THEY DON'T HAVE ANY CLUE ON HOW TO RUN AN APARTMENT COMPLEX. MAINTANCE FLIRTS WITH THE TENENTS, THEY ARE ALWAYS PLAYING AND NOT WORKING. I SAY THEY ALL LOSE THEIR JOBS EVEN THE OWNER AND GET SOME ONE NEW UP IN THE OFFICE. SOME ONE NEEDS TO BUY THESE APARTMENTS FROM THE CURRENT OWNER. IF THEY MAKE SOME CHANGES RIDGEVIEW WILL BE SOME NICE APARTMENTS AGAIN. SO PLEASE IF YOU DON'T WANT TO LIVE IN HELL DO NOT MOVE IN THESE APARTMENTS. YHE MANAGER TALKS AND PUT PEOPLS BUSINESS OUT IN THE STREET, TENENTS ARE TRYING TO KNOW ALL YOUR BUSINEES AND THEN WHEN YOU DON'T TELL THEM YOUR BUSINESS THEY MAKE UP LIES ABOUT YOU. SO I BEG OF YOU NOT TO MOVE IN RIDGEVIEW APARTMENTS UNLESS YOU WANT TO LIVE IN HELL AND AN UNSAFE COMMUNITY, I DON'T EVEN LET MY KIDS GO OUTSIDE OVER HERE I TAKE THEM TO MY MOMS, THE PARK, OR WE JUST STAY IN THE HOUSE.........PLEASE KEEP PUSHING!!!!!!!!! P.S. I DON'T WANT TO 4GET THERE ARE PEOPLE OUT ALL TIMES OF THE NIGHT, A MAN HAS BEEN KILLED OVER IN THESE APARTMENTS AS WELL CARS ARE BEING BROKEN INTO IT IS JUST HORRIORBLE!!!
