Not a good Idea.

A very good friend of mine is a resident of Ridgeview. When she first moved in (October of 2007) she made a list of repairs that needed to be handled and took it to the office....
Nothing on the list has been repaired. I've stayed with her a few times while her roommate is outta town because she's actually AFRAID to be by herself. There are gun shots at night and people who sit on her staircase and don't move when she's leaving or coming home. This is actually illegal because it is a fire hazard but when she spoke with the management they said they couldn't really do anything about it.
The noise level is insane, too. You can literally hear every single word someone in the parking lot DOWN STAIRS is saying even if they're talking at normal level. And people are usually yelling or fighting.
Basically... unless you want to live in a place that is falling apart I would head elsewhere.
