Manager is no good. Managers --- lives in one apartment and can do no wrong. Loud music all night, lets dog piss on balcony about yours, mold growing in apartments. STAY AWAY FROM THESE APARTMENTS. Also on first night there, was a gang fight outside bedroom window.
