I've lived at riverchase for 3 years. They started out as nice apartments, but have gone down in a hurry. You can expect to see teenagers hanging out on top of there bronchos listening to music, which you will be able to hear over you tv because the windows and walls are thin. Security comes when you call them but expect at least a 30 minute delay. My car was almost totalled (within $500 of totalling the car) in the parking lot. Expect to have notes and/or a person come to your do and inform you that you will be thrown out for not paying the rent even though they have cashed the check (I always paid my rent 15 days early). Expect no remorse from the staff for the error they will tell you it was a computer glitch and it wont't happen again, BUT two months later the computer seems to "glitch" again and once again you have to give them the check number you paid with and a bank statement stating that the check was cashed. Maintenance is a joke. I recently called about burned wires on my hot water tank, and as of now (2 days later) it is still not fixed and I have no hot water. The window sill gets dirt on it every time they mow, there's beer cans in the grass right outside the door. As far as the gate goes, it never works and every pizza boy in town has the combination. The hall ways are nasty (apparently some people think their chicken bones belong on and underneath the stairs. There is constantly brown junk coming up in the bath tub, which I assume is sewage. The toilet acts like it is going to overflow several times a week when you flush. The apartment smells like mold when you walk in. The walls in the bedrooms are very thin and you can hear what your neighbors are doing through the wall. I've seen a sterio box thrown through a cars windsheild while I've lived hear. This is not a good place to be you can have a much safer and better quality apartment for the money. My best advice is DO NOT rent here.

well i have information on where you can write to the manager...the manager NEVER gives you information regarding the owner because they will get in trouble...i had to literally go through the broker who sold the apartments the last time to find out who the owner was!! I had to move out and it was the craziest stuff!! but if you want the address email me at shortymd_99@Hotmail.com. I have also started a letter. I know alot more stuff than what you have described that has gone on over there!!
