I've lived at some pretty crappy places and i can tell you Riverchase was just what i wanted. Any problems I had while I was living there (almost a year and a half)were minimal, the maintenance staff were always punctual, the grounds were always clean and the people were friendly and helpful. If you are looking for a good place to live at a good price, i'd say this should be your first choice. I have recommended these apartments to two of my friend and they both love living here as much as i do.
btw, we all live on the top floor if that makes any difference.
