I have only lived here for about 2 months now and I haven't had any problems yet. I have brand spanking new carpet, new fridge,new garbage disposal in my apartment. They could have security patrols here and someone to cut down on the speeding through the complex. Some people litter so the complex would look better if it would be picked up better. The trash truck comes early and wakes everyone up with the banging the dumpster against the truck. The apartments are nice and the prices are great! I hope they don't let this place become a dump or have it turn ghetto or a drug community on me.
