I have lived in Rockwell Plaza for a year and a half. Since then we have had three managers. Each time it gets worse. my car was broken into twice and all they could tell me was to call the police. This Neighborhood has gone down hill fast. Now they are raising the rent and I am moving out. THe laundry facility never works and when it does it costs a fortune to do your laundry there.
