These apartments are small and the utilities are always high, they are not energy efficiant and the security and maintenance is a joke. I lived in Rockwell Plaza for two years and in that time they changed ownership three time and changed managers five times. Requests for maintenance take up to five weeks. My car was vandilized twice and broken into twice. They are not good apartments for anyone.
