Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
This property is under new management and ownership and I have seen many improvements.
The manager and leasing agent really care about the property and the tenants. If you think the noise and traffice are bad here just consider the many tenants who have been here for many years, 6 to 20 yrs. The location is great, and we even have security that actually does his job! I love living here, and rent rate is very affordable.
