For the NW side of town, this place is cheap and actually gives a good impression as you drive onto the property. Its a great location, but dont be fooled. You get what you pay for. I've been here over a year and management changes like the weather. Crime and noise have always been an issue in the rear of the complex. Maintenance is lacking. I had a replacement refrigerator delivered that was filthy, full of maggots and a rotten egg. Probably because maintenance had to do something on the weekend. I've had to call the police or security atleast 6 times in the last year due to rowdy neighbors. My storage shed was burglarized(outside of my front door & across hall from police officers apt). fiancees car broken into twice. people downstairs had door kicked down and burglarized. Neighbors new car had tires slashed. I can go on and on. There are alot of strange charactors around here including some lady that just wanders around talking angrily to herself and the paranoid looking guy who hangs out in the Target shopping center parking lot every day of the week. Management is polite, but they acted as if Im priviledged to live here. Had to call security yesterday because someone was playing indian pow-wow CD at max volume. Another tenant that pays the rent with their SSI crazy check or something like that. I looked at some of their bigger apartments once and there was a squatter in one of their available units. This is THE place to get a free cat. Ya, its strange here. Im finally leaving. I'll run.

yeah i lived there sounds about right. good luck getting your deposit back i've been outta there three months and im still fightin for my money.

Moved out and came back. The management staff and maintenance are 1000 times better. Looked at Tamarron Village, talk about over-priced. Rockwell and Tamarron are the same layout and Rockwell is the better choice. Much better!!
