When I was looking for apartments I was excited about moving into Rockwell Plaza. I had heard good things about them.... but when I moved in... thier true colors came out! My apartment had maitenance issues the day i moved in, and they only got worse... RIGHT now my apartment has been flooded for 9 days, and they havnt started working on it! They've told me twice it was fixed and clean, but when I got home last night, the water damage was even worse! I called Housing Authority on Rockwell Plaza! They hang up on me when I call, have not fixed the flood, wouldnt give me my mailbox key for 2 weeks, and have not sprayed for spiders or bugs (i asked it to be sprayed the day I moved in!).... So like i said, take it from some one who knows and RUN FOR YOUR LIFE!!!!!!!!! Not to mention my car was broken in to 2 nights in a ROW!
