the new manager that started this week is bad. she wont tell you everything up front, when the old manager was there we had no problems, but they did lose our paperwork when we applied. and didnt claim our apartments (my mom and i were moving into separate apartments, she would be a co-signer) so they easily could have been leased out from under us after we said we would take them and sign at the end of the month right before we moved in. this was the first week of july. and the girl in the office that wears clothes too tight for her, is a you know what. took my employers number down to confirm my employment and said she'd call in a minute and continued to pick at her fingernails and play with the kids in the office. RIGHT IN FRONT OF US. what a ditz. not the way to treat incoming renters. so that very day we went to another complex and am signing a lease later this week. rockwell plaza needs to learn how to tell you everything up front and not toss you around the block. the only nice thing was i loved the apartment i picked out. it was very nice. but i got lucky because most of the other apartments arent that nice. but im getting a way better deal elsewhere!!
