Run down, trashy and overpriced. Also, there is a small commercial airstrip just behind this complex so unless you like living at the end of a runway, don't move here!

Ummm...hey, retard...I'll give you a hint...when you sign a lease for a year, generally, you stay for a year. Also, the review format doesn't specify that you lived there for the ENTIRE year, just that you lived there some time during that year. You're an idiot.
