Totally Agree with poster from 6/23/09

I totally agree with the poster from 6/23/09. My air went out in July they "continued to add free-on" then told me they didn't have a key to my apt. The heat isn't working now, and when I suggested that it was the unit, I was told it was because I wasn't burning electricity by running the heat/air when it wasn't heating or cooling the place...
