The management runs the place to suit her , her family and her drinking buddies , complex rules do not apply to them . We musy be in our apts by 10pm while the party outside most of the night , our kids must follow All rules and be with a parent at all times while her kid is allowed to be anywhere at any time.

Well,get used to it most apartment managers are over paid baby siters they are all power hungry becouse they never had any to begin with. Most are either on the sauce or on drugs and are pathalogical liers.This one here is all the above I lived at one of many places she has worked never again!
