| 02/20/2013 | I just applied for an apartment here...I put up the $35 application fee and placed a $100 deposit on a 1bed apt. I was turned down for something that my son had done at another complex that I co-signed with him. When I asked for my $100 deposit back, I was told it wasz their policy to not return deposits to you if you are turned down!!! I knew nothing of the problem my son had until they ran a check on me.
